You can consider this gym if you are looking for a best place with perfect vibe of gym. Trainers are professional here and will guide you even if you have not taken personnel trainer also they conduct regular team activities like trekking, group classes etc . Got a friendly and perfect gym after a long time. Thanks a lot FIFO team for motivating people towards fitness.

FIFO is an amazing gym well equipped with all kinds of workout equipments/gears and some of the best trainers out there. I am being trained by Mr. Gopi who is extremely knowledgeable and has been helping me achieve my fitness goal by providing meticulous work-out and diet plans and assisting with posture corrections as well. The gym is very clean and well maintained on a regular basis and the environment has been very supportive. FIFO makes me look forward to my everyday workouts. All the other trainers are also extremely helpful and supportive. Highly recommend FIFO to start your fitness journey for people living in and around Hagadur Whitefield.

FIFO Fitness is one of the best Gym in Whitefield area with good Trainers. Gym is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of advanced equipment and space for good workout. I am taking personal training under Dinesh. He is a very good trainer. Helped me to reduce around 3 kg in a month with fat loss. He consistently keeps shuffling my workout with new exercises focusing on each muscle with right postures. He is very good in Yoga and conduct yoga classes on weekend.

I was trained by Simon Jose, he is an excellent trainer, introducing new variations almost every day. This kept the workouts interesting and made gymming a stress reliever for me.He helped me achieve impressive results: losing 10 kgs in 70 days, gaining a decent amount of muscle, and even correcting my muscle spasms (a problem I'd had for years!). He went beyond exercise, tracking my diet and correcting my nutritional deficiencies. His energetic attitude and support in the gym motivated me to push further.All other trainers are knowledgeable too, making FIFO Fitness a great choice, especially for beginners who might need initial guidance.Glad to have such a fantastic gym in Hagadur. It has all the necessary equipment, is impeccably clean, and offers ample bike/car parking. The positive environment is enhanced by monthly interactive group classes, challenges, and yoga sessions etc.. Keep up the great work @FIFOFitness
FIFO fitness has been super nice so far.Trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music which create a perfect workout environment. Great that they have ample space for 2W/4W parking at the basement. The same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. I'm already seeing changes in my body and energy levels.Highly recommended!
